By accessing our Website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Application

These Terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through our Website.

4. Products and Information

  • We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our Products. However, we do not guarantee that all descriptions, images, or other content are error-free. 
  • Product colours and appearances may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen.
  • All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT (BTW), unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to change Product prices and specifications at any time without prior notice.

5. Orders and Agreement

  • An agreement is concluded when you accept our offer and meet the conditions set out by us.
  • You place an order by adding Products to your shopping cart and completing the checkout process.
  • We will send you an order confirmation by email.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, such as suspicion of fraud or unavailability of Products.

6. Payment

  • We accept the payment methods displayed on our Website.
  • Payment must be made in full before the Products are shipped.
  • In the Netherlands, commonly used payment methods are iDEAL, credit card, and PayPal.

7. Delivery

  • We will deliver the Products to the delivery address provided by you.
  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services. 
  • In the Netherlands, PostNL is our preferred delivery partner.
  • Delivery costs are clearly indicated within the checkout process.

8. Right of Withdrawal

  • As a consumer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.
  • The withdrawal period starts from the day you receive the Products.
  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision in a clear statement (e.g., email or via our web form).
  • You must return the Products in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of informing us of your withdrawal.
  • We will refund the purchase price and standard delivery costs within 14 days of receiving the returned Products or proof of return.
  • Return shipping costs are to be paid by the consumer, unless the product is faulty.

9. Conformity and Warranty

  • The Products must conform to the agreement.
  • If a Product is defective, you have the right to request a replacement, or refund, as provided by EU consumer law.
  • In the Netherlands, this is based on the legal guarantee (wettelijke garantie).
  • The legal guarantee means that a product must meet the reasonable expectations of the consumer.

10. Liability

  • We are liable for direct damages caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.
  • We are not liable for indirect damages, such as loss of profit or data.
  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the Products.
